Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for the execution of services. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate clear expectations and provide necessary tools, resources, and access required to perform tasks efficiently.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing plan.
- Payments are due as per the invoicing schedule provided.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
- Payments for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Top Choice VA is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information.
- We do not share client data with third parties unless legally required.
- Clients must ensure they provide access to only the necessary data for service completion.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
- Either party may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to contract terms.
- Top Choice VA reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for terminated services unless stated in a specific agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Top Choice VA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, third-party platform issues).
7. Intellectual Property
- Any content, materials, or documents created by Top Choice VA remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- Top Choice VA retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for marketing and portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.
8. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any Top Choice VA team member outside of the company for a period of [X] months after service completion.
